About the Course
In this course, you will learn how to use data and generative AI tools to produce strategic business insights and help different teams solve problems quickly through accelerated data analysis and effective presentation.
Throughout the training, you will work on a wide range of projects that will help you gain rich, hands-on experience using the most common tools in the industry (SQL, Python, Power BI), while integrating innovative AI methodologies for more automated and efficient workflows.
The program is designed especially for young adults with no prior experience in the field and was developed together with experienced industry professionals who combine advanced Data Analytics and AI techniques.
The content is delivered by senior instructors and includes guest lectures, practical simulations, and career support. The course also offers job placement assistance after completion, alongside professional guidance from career advisors.

Course Syllabus
Introduction to the role of the data analyst in the AI era, types of data and organizational data sources, and effective use of AI tools and prompt engineering for data analysis.
Developing analytical and business thinking: working with KPIs and metrics, basic statistics, hypotheses, and A/B testing for data-driven decision making.
Working with data end-to-end: data collection and cleaning, quality checks, understanding data structures and data modeling, and analyzing data using SQL.
Using the core tools of data analysts: Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and Python for working with datasets, data exploration, and data processing.
Building dashboards and data reports, principles of visual storytelling, and working with Power BI and modern BI tools to present business insights.
Integrating AI into analysts’ workflows: working with AI agents and copilots, creating smarter analysis processes, and getting familiar with modern environments for data analysis.
Introduction to key analytics domains in the industry: Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Business Analytics.
Hands-on experience through an end-to-end data analysis project – from defining a business problem to generating insights and presenting the results.

The program is intended for women and men who are residents of the Eastern Negev, with a high level of Hebrew and English, who are interested in entering the tech industry.
No prior knowledge or experience is required for admission.
Please note that attendance in the sessions is mandatory. Before applying, make sure you are able to commit to two learning days per week during afternoon–evening hours.
Participants who are accepted to the program will take part in the training free of charge.
How do I know if I am considered a resident of the Eastern Negev?
Residents of the Eastern Negev include anyone living in one of the following local authorities:
