The strength of the Negev Talent project comes from our partners
The Eastern Negev Eshkol is a voluntary federation of 15 local authorities uniting to improve the quality of life for their residents. The Eshkol serves as a platform for regional collaborations, enabling authorities to share local resources for advancing the region.
Elevation specializes in providing tailored professional development programs to meet employer needs for effective hiring in the high-tech industry. Elevation helped us map the region’s employer needs and confirmed the project’s viability, which guided the development of our first courses. Leveraging its strong industry connections, Elevation is helping us attract high-tech companies to the Eastern Negev.
Hayozma, a youth employment initiative of the Ministry of Labor played a crucial role as an early partner in our project. Their proactive involvement enabled us to launch our inaugural pilot training programs. Leveraging their deep understanding of the target audience, we successfully connected participants with employers and collaborated with local authorities.
The Ministry of Interior was the first government office to place its trust in the project and the Eastern Negev Eshkol as a whole. Thanks to their funding, we are working to transform employment in the region.
The Or Movement works to connect and support companies in establishing themselves in the periphery, including the development of “Equal Cities”.As a partner in bringing high-tech companies to the Eastern Negev, the Or Movement assists with everything from securing necessary infrastructure to mapping human resource needs, in close collaboration with Elevation.
Cambium, the Dimona based high-tech company hired graduates of the first training program for Full Stack developers. We take pride in the region’s companies and continue to work on their behalf to help them thrive.
The Maoz organization has enabled the Negev Talent project to unite Eastern Negev Eshkol authorities in driving a shift towards technology-focused careers. Their support and guidance facilitated effective communication, mediation, and partnership among all stakeholders.
The project received substantial support, notably Amnon Shashua, who backed the initiative from its inception. We are also grateful for the generosity of donors who chose to remain anonymous and committed to driving transformation and growth.
